CLARITY – The City of Simi Valley is seeking applications from community members who can offer a variety of perspectives and experiences for open Neighborhood Council Executive Board member positions.
Neighborhood Councils regularly meet to advise the City and Planning Commission on resident concerns, development projects, and other matters.
The Neighborhood Council Board also provides residents the opportunity to voice their concerns or ask questions about their neighborhood, giving developers the opportunity to dialog with residents and address concerns early in the planning process.
Applicants for a neighborhood board position must must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Simi Valley.
The City Council will appoint successful candidates to serve a two-year term, from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2024.
