(CLAIR) – Get ready Simi Valley! Ace Hardware is coming to town! The company has signed a lease agreement to open a brand new store in the area, at the former site of Cost-Plus World Market. Renovations to the space will begin this summer, with an exciting soft opening planned for fall 2023. The store will feature approximately 16,000 square feet of retail space, filled with all the products typical of a local hardware store.
Ace Hardware already has a strong presence in Southern California, currently owning and operating five other locations, with plans to open a sixth in Porter Ranch this coming early summer. The company says, they are proud to live their Ace Helpful Promise every day, providing reliable service and helpful advice to customers.
Branded as Ace Hardware of Simi Valley, the store will have a wide variety of products including lawn and garden supplies, fasteners, tools, plumbing and electrical supplies. Plus, there will be several specialty departments and store-within-a-store concepts that should be interesting.
The company says, they are thrilled to join the community as a friend, a trusted neighbor, and an employer. “We are excited to show our new customers in Simi Valley how we live the Ace Helpful Promise every day through reliable service, helpful advice, and the products they need to get their projects done right,” said Joe Jeffries, President and CEO of Westlake Ace Hardware.
