CLARITY: A mansion full of good-looking teenage TikTok personalities recently moved in to a Moorpark Mansion.
Known as Hype House, this group of social media influencers and content creators all live under one roof to make non-stop viral videos and other content together. The Hype House is part living quarters, part studio and part lifestyle status symbol.
The house itself is a Spanish-style mansion, worth over $5.5 million. The home sits perched atop a hill at the end of a gated street on Nightsky Drive. It contains a palatial backyard and pool with a slide, massive kitchen and a list of luxury amenities most Ventura County residents could only dream of.
Teens invited to live in the house are expected to contribute share-worthy content and grow their social media following. The property is paid for by the brands and deals the individuals arrange through their social media channels.
There are rumors, several of the residents of Hype House have been spotted around town, in Simi Valley, sporting fancy cars, flashing loads of cash and shopping with athletes and celebrities.
